     江苏省淮安市保安服务总公司成立于1988年，系为社会提供人防保安、武装押运、技术防范为主业的安保服务企业，公司注册资金1000万元，场所占地76亩，现有保安从业人员7000余人。公司下设行政管理中心、财务管理中心、武装押运管理中心、保安人防管理中心和技防分公司、科技分公司、驻外分公司等15个分公司；拥有机动车辆190余辆，其中运钞车120辆，其他工作用车70余辆。2016年，公司实现经营总收入3亿余元，实现利税5000余万元。公司于2001年开展武装押运服务；2004年在县城开展异地守押业务；2007年省内首家统一规范了武装守押市场；2009年，率先在全省开展ATM机巡防业务。

     公司人防保安队伍积极参与全市各类大型活动的安全保卫和突发事件处置活动数百场次；连续7年承担了“中国淮安淮扬菜美食文化节”晚会会场布置和安保工作；还多次跨行政区为大型晚会提供安保服务；2010年4月率先成立校园特卫队伍服务校园。

公司于2003年起开展保安跨区域服务，2007年起赴越南下龙湾开展跨国保安服务；2009年起参与了上海浦东机场、虹桥机场保安服务；2014年起参与了上海国家会展中心展事安保工作；2015年起向巴基斯坦卡拉奇派驻安全员和保安员共23名。

     公司有1名保安员被授予“第三届全国先进保安员”荣誉称号；有3名保安员被淮安市政府授予“劳动模范”称号；有15名保安员被授予“淮安市职工五一创新能手”荣誉称号；有4名保安员获得“淮安市五一劳动奖章”；有1名保安员被授予“江苏省见义勇为积极分子”称号；有12名保安员被授予“淮安市见义勇为积极分子”称号；2015年人防队伍和押运队伍被淮安市总工会授予“工人先锋号”；2017年指挥调度台被江苏省总工会授予“江苏省工人先锋号”。

     公司2009年获江苏省“危险物品单位治安防范省级示范单位”称号；2014年起连续三年被江苏省保安协会评为“江苏省优秀保安公司”；2016年被公安部、全国总工会、共青团中央联合评选为“第四届全国先进保安服务公司”；公司现为中国保安协会理事单位；江苏省保安协会副会长单位。

Jiangsu Huaian Security Service Corparation, established in 1988, is a professional security service company whose scope of business covers private security, armed escort and security precautionary technology. The corporation consists of an administration center, a financial management center, an armed escort management center, a private security management center, and 15 branch companies, which include a technique protection branch company, a science and technoloby branch company, a cross-regional branch company,etc.. With the registered capital in the amount of 10 million yuan and a ground space of 76 mu, the company has over 7000 employees and 190 vehicles, achieving an annual turnover of 300 million yuan, and a total pre-tax profit of over 50 million yuan in 2016.             

We work under the principle of expanding our business security service markets at home and abroad and offer an all-round service so as to improve the living environment in Huaian and the country. Since 2001, we have conducted a series of services as follows: 

At home:Conducting armed escort service since 2001;Conducting finance defence in county seats since 2004;

Regulating the armed escort service rules in 2007, the first in the province;Providing ATM patrol and 

preventing service for the city since 2009, the first in the province;Established special compus guard , the 

first,  in 2010.

Cross-regional:

Engaged in security service in Shanghai Pudong Airport since 2009;---Engaged in security service in 

Shanghai Hongqiao Airport since 2009; Provding security service for National Exhibition and Convention 

Center (shanghai) in 2014.

Abroad:Conducting cross-national security service in Halong Bay Vietnam since 2007;Sending security

personnel, totally 23 members, to Karachi, Pakistan since 2015.

Our company actively participated in the security service of large-scale activities and the disposal of unexpected incidents for hundreds of times, undertaking site layout and security service for Huaian Huaiyang Cuisine Culture Festival for seven consecutive years and providing cross-regional security service for different galas for many times.

---1 security guard was awarded “ the 3rd National Advanced Security Officer”; 

---3 security guards were awarded “ Municipal Model Worker”; 

---15 security guards were awarded “Huaian May 1 Innovative Good Worker ”;

---the private security team and armed escort team were honored as “Municipal Workers Pioneers”, 2015;

---the command and control center was awarded “ Province Workers Pioneers”, 2017; 

---the company was awarded as “Provincial demonstrative unit for dangerous goods prevention” in 2009;

---the company was offered “Jiangsu Outstanding Security Service Company” by Jjiangsu Security 

Association for three censecutive years since 2014;

---the company was jointly offered “ the 4th National Advanced Security Service Company” by the ministry of public security, All-China Federation of Trade Unions and Chinese Communist Youth League in 2016.

--- the company is now the council member of the National Security Association.

---the company is now the vice president unit of Jiangsu Security Association.
