      时间见证实力，历史抒写辉煌。1997年，迪马工业前身——重庆中奇特种汽车制造有限公司成立。2000年，股份制改造完成，重庆市迪马实业股份有限公司成立。2002年，迪马股份在上海证券交易所成功上市；同年，迪马特种车出口多哥，成功开启国际市场。2005年，迪马新厂区全面投入使用。2006年，与南方汽车集团、重庆大江集团合资组建了重庆南方迪马专用车股份有限公司。2007年，连续8年获评重庆工业企业五十强。2009年，收购深圳达航工业有限公司，形成西南、华南两大生产基地。2012年，迪马研究院成立。2015年，与徐工集团签署战略合作协议。同年，与北京理工大学、成都电子科技大学签订战略合作协议。

      如今的迪马工业，专注于高技术专用汽车的研制、生产和销售，拥有防弹、集成两大产品线，以及南方迪马、达航工业两大子公司，形成了国内实力最强、产品最丰富的专用汽车产业集群。

We have traversed a glorious path and become increasingly stronger with the passage of time. In 1997, Chongqing Zhongqi Special Vehicles Manufacturing Co. Ltd. was founded, a cradle from which Dima Industry grew up. In 2000, Chongqing Dima Industry Co. Ltd. became a joint stock company and was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2002. That year also witnessed the export of Dima’s special vehicles to Togo, marking its entry into the international market. Following a new plant being inaugurated in 2005, a joint venture was established in 2006 in partnership with China South Industries Motors Company and Chongqing Dajiang Group. We have been rated among the top 50 of Chongqing’s industrial enterprises for 8 consecutive years since 2007. We run two production bases in southwest and south of China after buying over Shenzhen Tech-King Industrial Co. Ltd. in 2009. The Dima Research Institute was created in 2012. In 2015, we entered into a strategic partnership agreement respectively with Xuzhou Construction Machinery Group Co.Ltd., Beijing Institute of Technology andUniversity of Electronic Science and Technology of China.

Dima is now dedicated to the development, production and sales of hi-tech special vehicles, offering two product lines of bullet-proof and integrated, running two subsidiaries of South Dima and Tech-King Industry, and boasting the most complete range of products.
